Code of Conduct Wildlife Garden

All our suppliers are committed to following our Code of Conduct on the working conditions of those who work in production. Our Code of Conduct is based on the rules of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI), which in turn are based on UN Human Rights and the core conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO). In brief, ILO works toward:
  • freedom of association, organisation rights and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining
  • elimination of all forms of forced labour
  • elimination of child labour
  • elimination of discrimination in employment.

Based on these rules, we have developed our Code of Conduct. As a small business, Wildlife Garden has a personal relationship with our suppliers and a close collaboration with the  production units. We also regularly follow-up on compliance with the rules in place. The Code is a minimum requirement that we have for our suppliers. Several of our suppliers have more far-reaching external certifications.
